With 18 years in the business and a sense of commitment to society since its establishment, Hoss Intropia has, from the outset, steadily developed a culture of responsibility. This is borne out in our operating practices: flexible work hours, a staff of 90% women, a painstaking selection of suppliers with special emphasis on the human criterion and continuous employee training, support to foundations and not-for-profit associations, work based on the individual responsibility of all the people who make up the company…
But Hoss Intropia is growing, and its commitment has increased with its growth: we have made a strong commitment to a policy of corporate social responsibility that is strongly bound to our company strategy, thus building a coherent and integrated project. Because Hoss Intropia goes beyond being a “fashion brand”, the enterprise has a firm commitment to its customers, with a distribution channels, the environment and society at large.
The path toward corporate social responsibility is hard, but there is no going back.
